Anders Matthesen - Anden 25

Half Mick, half WOP, hard-headed comedian Andrew Santino returns to his Chicago hometown for a stand-up special with the authentic taste of a city made of Italian beef, Old Style and deep dish. Shot at the historic Vic Theater, Santino touches on everything from growing up thinking he was black and a disgust with bachelorette parties, to his bouts with severe acne and male porn stars envy.

Filmed live from the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff, 'The Book of John' is the sold-out, highly anticipated new show from Rhod Gilbert, which critics have called 'uproariously funny' - The Guardian. Raw, personal and brutally honest like never before, Rhod takes us on a non-nonsense journey into finding the homour when you've hit rock bottom.

It is a question here of deploying all the humor inherent in the act of having a first child at the age of forty-five... But it is also a question of civic-mindedness, respect for intelligence, weight words, the weight of the self, the triumph of the “I”, then a little bit of Henri Richard and people who say “knock on wood”. A vibrant soliloquy on life and the art of living it.

In his first HBO Max stand-up special, Chris Redd digs into his days of living life like a music video and realizing that even if he'll never be tall enough to dunk, he can still grow as a person.

In this playfully provocative set, French comedian Haroun examines modern society - and wonders if humans have stopped evolving.

My newest (and actually best) one-man show. The show is about money, women, drugs, and a whole lot more. It's a slightly more personal show than the others, but still wrapped in silliness, a touch of satire and a lot of stupid attitude. It was recorded January 2020 at the Bremen Theater in Copenhagen in front of an awesome audience. I'm pretty damn happy with the result, the mood, the expression, and the little frame story, so I hope you'll enjoy it.

Norm MacDonald, the iconic anchor of SNL's "Weekend Update" and star of the cult classic Dirty Work, is back with a vengeance.

In his first HBO comedy special, comedian Josh Johnson debuts original material about our shared experiences as humans – tackling topics like family, religion, and relationships through his unique point of view and signature creativity.

A deeply unqualified man is inexplicably hired as a Michael Bublé impersonator for a rich stranger’s party. Despite no resemblance, no singing ability, and just one week to prepare, he gives it everything he’s got. A hilarious, oddly inspiring documentary about effort over ability and the joy of letting folks believe.

This feature documentary charts Rod Quantock’s five-decade career and his tireless efforts to communicate the perils of neoliberalism and the urgency of climate change through humour. His journey illustrates the building of the thriving comedy landscape we take for granted today, showcasing a man who has remained steadfast in his pursuit of truth in an hilarious fashion.

I recorded this video a week after filming the special, just because it was the last show of the tour. It's quite different in feeling and form compared to the version of the special (confusingly listed as 'What is This? - Original' on this channel). While filming a special I focus on precision and performance, that is doing the show exactly as written and capturing the show as I first conceived it. Live shows on the other hand are also informed by their context —where is this, what time is it, how are you feeling, how am I feeling, is the room too cold, was traffic awful, did someone leave to go to the loo?, etc. This show captures a little more of the regular live experience of performing a stand up show. It's looser, and more tied to the show that day instead of the special-special which aims to capture the show out of time. I hope this isn't confusing. I'm quite confused writing it.

A more frank, more real, simpler, more raw show, in which Laurent fully accepts the idea that we cannot please everyone. His style is refined, closer to the roots of stand-up, and his tone is decidedly more biting, while remaining unifying. This 4th show adds to an already busy roadmap. With more than 200 performances of this show and more than 100,000 tickets sold, Laurent Paquin's popularity continues, and after more than 25 years of career, he has not aged a bit.

Greg is back with his first stand up show in four years, and biggest ever tour, You Magnificent Beast.

Brian Mørk's second one-man show “Brian Er En Nar” is Brian who doesn't mince his words when cancel culture, feminism and life are taken in hand and brought into the comedy world. a good and solid comedy show with lots of edge.

Voorwaardelijk Vrij is opgenomen in De Meervaart in Amsterdam.

The Danes are raging! The headlines often sound like that, and everyone gets angry - but perhaps especially Mikkel Rask. A terrific standup show about things that annoy us.

Bow down to the queen as fearlessly filthy Steph Tolev rules the stage with hilarious confessions, unfiltered dating stories and absurd observations.

Grander, bolder and sharper, the Founder5 returns to the stage with other talented comedians for more standup, improv and sketch comedy.
