Sesame Street's 25th Birthday: A Musical Celebration is a special produced for the beloved series' 25th anniversary. Released in a slightly different form on video in October 1993, the special was shelved for its broadcast premiere on PBS until 1994, during pledge drive season, and in many markets, aired as part of a marathon block with three show episodes.

When the Muppets graduate from Danhurst College, they take their song-filled senior revue to New York City, only to learn that it isn't easy to find a producer who's willing to back a show starring a frog and a pig. Rare footage from the Sesame Street season 18 cast and crew wrap party. 1986 When the Sesame Street cast and crew finish taping a season, they traditionally celebrate with a wrap party where they have dinner, watch a reel of outtakes and highlights from the season, and enjoy live skits that often poke fun at the show. In addition, toasts are exchanged, and awards and bottles of wine are presented to people who got engaged, married or had babies since the last party. In the earliest days of the show, Richard Hunt took it upon himself to provide entertainment for the parties, for one party, cameraman Frank Biondo was given the role of introducing one of Hunt's acts and from then on, he served as the organizer and emcee for the live show, eventually he was granted a full stage so they could set up the show. The Earth Day Special is a television special revolving around Earth Day that aired on ABC on April 22, 1990. Sponsored by Time Warner, the special featured an all-star cast addressing concerns about global warming, deforestation, and other environmental ills.

The Muppets are visiting Kermit's family for their annual reunion. However, the others learn that the swamp is right next to Walt Disney World, where they sneak in and are pursued by a persistent security guard. Featured attractions and areas include Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular!, Star Tours, the Mad Tea Party, World Showcase, the Walt Disney World Monorail System and the utilidors.

Sing, Hoot & Howl with the Sesame Street Animals is a 1991 Sesame Street direct-to-video compilation, featuring Big Bird and other Sesame Street animals showing clips of their favorite animal songs. This tape was released by Random House in the "Sesame Songs Home Video" series, and reissued in 2004 as a Sony Wonder video release.

Following Jim Henson's passing on May 16th 1990, two public memorial services were held. The first (featured here) was held in New York at Cathedral of St. John the Divine on May 21, 1990. The second service was held in London at St. Paul's Cathedral on July 2nd 1990.

Julie on Sesame Street was one of a series of Julie Andrews TV specials, produced by ATV and distributed by ITC. It was broadcast on ABC on November 23, 1973 and later in the UK on ITV on July 10, 1974. Using the alleys and stoops of the Sesame Street neighborhood as the venue for this television special, Julie Andrews and Perry Como join forces with the Sesame Street Muppets for an hour of music and antics.
