Rostov in the early 2000s was the cradle of Russian hip-hop: clubs, apartment concerts, street brawls. Basta searched for his voice, facing trials, mistrust, and hostile competitors, but it was his honest lyrics and charisma that first captivated the Rostov hip-hop community. Against the backdrop of first love, friendship, and family trials, he made his ultimate choice: to devote himself to music.
