As it turns out, her prince charming, Albert, happens to be gay. But all is not lost when Ah Bu meets the dashing Chi Wu. Meanwhile, Ah Bu's boyfriend from Taiwan comes looking for her, as the action and romance follow Ah Bu back to Taiwan.

After Mei Sui breaks up with Bill due to her inability to endure an ordinary life, Bill goes to the United States to start a business and becomes successful. Years later, when they reunite, Mei Sui is already engaged to the gangland boss "Brother Heping". Bill attempts to win her back but fails, ultimately discovering that true love was by his side all along.
