Austin, Texas, is an Eden for the young and unambitious, from the enthusiastically eccentric to the dangerously apathetic. Here, the nobly lazy can eschew responsibility in favor of nursing their esoteric obsessions. The locals include a backseat philosopher who passionately expounds on his dream theories to a seemingly comatose cabbie, a young woman who tries to hawk Madonna's Pap test to anyone who will listen and a kindly old anarchist looking for recruits.

He acts like a third-rate lounge comedian and reads aloud from “1001 Ways to Seduce Women” while doing annoying double takes, running into doors and talking to the camera with his forced Lugosi accent.

Eager to ensure a steady stream of beauties for his white-slavery racket, mobster Ernie Pulaski hires hot shot stud Jerry Sloan as a "talent scout," wining and dining women before sending them off to the castle of hulking mute Mama Lupo, who "conditions" them into subservience with drugs and torture.

Sex Freaks is a catalog of all things kinky - voyeurism, nymphomania, sadomasochism - with a few unusual novelties thrown in along the way (sex in a carwash, at a bullfight, underwater, in the snow). This unusual example of a Sex-Shockumentary posits that the Devil is responsible for our deviant ways!
