"Sun" sets out to visit "Phlu", who lives in an old apartment building in the middle of the city. When he arrives, he discovers that the building has no running water. He has no choice but to track down six tenants to collect their signatures, as required by the landlord, before the water supply can be restored. Along the way, "Sun"learns about the struggles of each tenant, all of whom are fighting to get by in a system that keeps pushing them down. As their stories unfold, he begins to see how people are forced to compromise their dignity and moral values just to survive.
