While there, her daughter Lucy becomes friends with Alice, the daughter of a civilian widower named Paul. The two girls hatch a plan to bring their single parents together, with Lucy hoping it will keep her mother from continuing to move around.

Mia, a queer art student who is on the verge of being expelled from school, finds her last hope for combating her creative block in a magical lucid dreaming elixir. But in addition to awakening her creativity, the potion also unleashes a number of dark monsters that inhabit her subconscious, one of which is her mother, who appears transformed into a hairy creature that Mia will be forced to confront.

“This is who I am!”. Our 19-year-old protagonist, Mia, has been wandering listlessly through life, but finally finds her voice and expresses herself in a truly bizarre and gory way, shocking and delighting those who underestimated her talents.
