Bp Fallon has always lived at the heart of rock history. From his beginnings on Irish television, to his adventures in London's electric rock scene, Fallon was everywhere – working for the Beatles, whispering in the ears of legends like Led Zeppelin, T. Rex, and U2. He wasn't just a witness to rock history; he was the guy making it happen backstage.  Then, in a twist worthy of a rock 'n' roll fairytale, Bp grabs the mic in his 70s, recording raw, poetic tracks with none other than Jack White. After a lifetime in the shadows of giants, the eternal hipster finally takes centre stage – and owns it.

The complex and revolutionary music and lyrics of Marc Bolan and T. Rex, the glam rock powerhouse behind “Bang a Gong (Get it On)” and other iconic songs. Featuring archival performances and interviews with Elton John, Ringo Starr, and David Bowie, plus filmed musical interpretations by artists such as Nick Cave, John Cameron Mitchell, Joan Jett, Macy Gray, U2, and Father John Misty.

With his signature gospel sound on the Hammond B3, Billy Preston doublehandedly elevated the greatest artists of his time – from the Beatles to the Rolling Stones, from Aretha Franklin to Eric Clapton, from Ray Charles to Barbra Streisand to Sly and the Family Stone. In our film, we explore Billy's career and influence on generations of musicians, as he scored several number one hits of his own and became one of the most sought-after musicians in the world. He did all of this as a soul divided -- by his deep roots in the church, in constant conflict with his identity as a gay Black man, searching for a family of his own that would accept him for who he was.

By 1972, the seminal English glam-rock band T-Rex was at the height of what came to be known as "T-Rexstacy:" they had already scored three of their soon-to-be ten straight Top 10 hits. To celebrate their success, Bolan and T-Rex played two sold-out performances at London's Wembley Empire Pool, captured on film by none other than former Beatles drummer Ringo Starr and released as the now-legendary concert film BORN TO BOOGIE. The only existing recording of a full T-Rex concert, BORN TO BOOGIE is centered around the dual live performances (with Ringo and Elton John guest starring on two tracks) and interspersed with an acoustic set filmed at John Lennon's mansion, goofy backstage footage of Bolan, and surreal sequences of nuns and dwarves inserted for visual effect.

A critical guide to the music of Marc Bolan and T. Rex from early success through to the very last recordings and Marc's tragic death. The 'talking heads' present criticisms and takes on the band's meteoric rise, fall, and all-too-short comeback period.

An introduction to the world of Ry Cooder and his debut album on Warner Bros. Records. Cooder talks about old movies, trailers and the lay of the land. And most of all about the inspiration from Blind Alfred Reed's song "How can a poor man stand such times and live?"

On the 40th anniversary of his death, this documentary tells the story of how East End boy Mark Feld became T-Rex frontman and icon Marc Bolan. Featuring friends, family and well-known fans.
