BEAUTIFUL NOISE is an in-depth exploration of a music movement in the late twentieth century, a fascinating period when some innovative musicians mixed guitar noise into conventional pop song structures while maintaining a philosophy of letting the music speak for itself. Although many of the people interviewed are notoriously press shy they have opened up about their music and experiences from over 20 years ago, how they defied the rules and became sonic innovators that have inspired so many.

Over the course of a fifty-year career, the British band The Cure has released fourteen highly successful studio albums; but it was their 1989 album Disintegration, released during a pivotal year for Europe and the world, that would capture the imagination of so many fans.

On June 29, 2025, pop-rock sensation Olivia Rodrigo takes the iconic Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Festival for a night filled with raw emotions, electrifying performances, and unforgettable moments. The Cure close Isle Of Wight Festival 2026. The setlist doesn’t dip too deeply into Songs Of A Lost World - only adding the glacial sweep of Endsong to round off the main set - but a number of Cure classics are present and correct, including Pictures Of You, Lovesong, In Between Days and Just Like Heaven. The Cure headlined and closed ⁠Rock Werchter 2026 on Sunday, July 5, 2026, with a grand, generous and intense concert performing a massive career-spanning set as the final act of the four-day festival in Werchter, Belgium. Since their first appearance at the Festivalpark in 1981, the iconic British band has played several legendary concerts in Werchter. Few bands manage to remain both relevant and beloved for nearly five decades. The Cure continues to reach and inspire generations.

Songs of a Lost World is the fourteenth studio album by English rock band the Cure, released on 1 November 2024 via Fiction,  Lost Music, Universal, Polydor, and Capitol Records. It is the band's first release of new material in 16 years since the release of 4:13 Dream in 2008. All the songs on the album were composed solely by singer/guitarist Robert Smith, for the first time since the 1985 album The Head on the Door. It is also their first studio album to feature guitarist Reeves Gabrels. The record was released a day after Halloween at Smith's request. Released as a Bluray Audio with Dolby Atmos and PCM Stereo 96/24 sound.

"Festival 2005" is a live DVD by The Cure released in late 2006. It was shot during the band's headlining shows at 9 European music festivals in the summer of 2005. The video features a variety of angles "captured by a mix of fans, crew and 'on-the-night-big-screen cameras'." It was the first physical release since guitarist Porl Thompson returned to the lineup. Greatest Hits is a 2001 album by The Cure. The band's relationship with longtime label Fiction Records came to a close, and The Cure were obliged to release one final album for the label. Robert Smith agreed to release a greatest hits album under the condition that he could choose the tracks himself.

The Cure performed an extra, historic opening day at the Pohoda Festival on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, marking their very first-ever live concert in Slovakia. Added as a special 4th day for the festival's 30th anniversary, opened with "Alone," followed by classics like "Pictures of You," "Lovesong," "A Forest," and "Endsong" Finished a massive encore block featuring "Lullaby," "Friday I'm in Love," and a closing rendition of "Boys Don't Cry"

The band’s acclaimed 29-song, 135-minute anniversary concert. Filmed in one of London’s Royal Parks to a crowd of 65,000 fans, The Cure presented a four-decade deep set on July 7, 2018. Adding to the experience, the band is back-dropped by giant screens displaying footage that complements the unique moods and emotive song writing that established The Cure as pioneers of alternative rock.

The two-hour film collects various live and rehearsal performances by The Cure from early 1991, including some of the band’s “MTV Unplugged” appearance and pre-release airings of a few cuts that would make Wish cuts and one very notable track that wouldn’t: “The Big Hand,” a fan favourite that would inexplicably wind up a B-side.

The Cure bring their magisterial, slow-burn masterpiece Disintegration to the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall for four shows to mark the 30th anniversary of their career-defining epic. This is the world premiere of these 30th anniversary performances, and their only Australian engagement.

The set features songs from the Song Machine project, along with some revered classics from the group’s back catalogue. The full Gorillaz live band, plus a choice selection of featured artists, showcasing their first live performance since 2018. Featuring several live sessions filmed for The Old Grey Whistle Test and Oxford Road Show, and for the first time, a previously-unreleased concert filmed in Warwick in March 1981, prior to their Juju album, with John McGeoch on guitar. Robert Smith was also featured on guitar on nine songs, including a TV session in 1979 and all the TV appearances from November 1982 through March 1984.
