A witness to the history of the Fifth Republic for more than half a century, Jean-Pierre Elkabbach left his mark on the profession of radio and television journalism. This film tells the story of the man and his career through the voice of his daughter, Emmanuelle Bach, and previously unpublished private interviews recorded shortly before his death in 2023. It offers a portrait of this hyperactive, versatile, demanding, and inventive journalist, and reveals the private man: funny, sensitive, warm, and secretive. Emmanuelle Bach recounts with tenderness and humor her father, absorbed by his consuming passion for journalism, and with whom she struggled to find her place.

The attractive BĂ©atrice Laune has a brilliant career, recently crowned with the award for best advertising creativity of the year. A well-deserved reward, as BĂ©atrice has devoted her entire life to her work. The only fly in the ointment is that, for some time now, the young woman has been fainting every time she is confronted with a baby! The medical diagnosis attributes these episodes to a repressed desire to have a child as she approaches her 40th birthday. This situation disturbs BĂ©atrice to the point where she becomes fixated on one idea: having a baby for her 40th birthday!
En Attendant la Neige is a parody of violence. Paco Sanchez and Dede Gallice are childhood friends who share a passion for karate. When forced to face Dede in a decisive match, Paco refuses to fight his best friend. Dede becomes the champion by default, but he cannot get over the bitterness of this inglorious victory. Paco moves on with his life. Unjustly accused of a robbery and chased by his employer, Dede unwillingly drags his wife Claire and Paco into a frantic nocturnal escape through Paris. Emotions culminate during an apocalyptic game where imagination and reality blend. The film tries to reflect certain social questions of our time using common images.
