The film, which opens with students arriving at a police academy, is a crazy comedy that is more a series of zany episodes and jokes than a coherent story. They are linked by a simple plot in which the commander of the police academy, Major Maisner, searches among his recruits for an alleged FBI spy and, after a not-so-subtle practical joke, gets into a dispute with his subordinate, a dispute that ends in a genuine bank robbery.

Two friends, Mireček and Vilém, make a living growing weed and receive an offer they can't refuse: to sell their entire stock of weed in one night. But when they close the deal with a dangerous Bulgarian and his right-hand man, they discover that someone has robbed their grow house. They have a few hours to save not only the deal of the year, but also their own little fingers.

The second part begins shortly after the death of Michal Dostál, the biggest bastard of them all. They begin to psychologically torment Majer and search for evidence. The new police investigator Karas, who takes over the case from the deceased police investigator Paleček, is also looking for evidence. Karas immediately suspects something is amiss in the deaths of the "bastards" and also begins to focus on Majer, who is now the school principal.
