Assaulted: Civil Rights Under Fire
8.5

With the original intention of empowering a citizenry's ability to defend themselves against a corrupt or tyrannical government, the concept today may seem farfetched or the makings of a Hollywood blockbuster. However, it has happened throughout U.S. history. And long before gun control was positioned as a "common sense measure" to combat violence, it was used as a means to oppress certain minority groups. Presently, the growing trend in gun control favors the wealthy and privileged, who leverage their connections to ensure their Second Amendment rights and safety, while those of lesser means struggle. Informative and emotionally charged, "Assaulted: Civil Rights Under Fire" is an eye-opening look at the genesis of the Second Amendment to the Constitution, leading the audience to rethink the issues surrounding gun control, and the effect on civil rights and liberty. After all, what you don't know can kill you.

Ted Nugent - Ultralive Ballisticrock
8.0

The legendary Motor City Mad Man, Ted Nugent rode through the USA on the "I Still Believe Tour" and in this amazing show, Ted conjured up an evening of rock 'n roll magic and emotions, pulsating with the American pride he has come to be known for. With a lineup featuring Derek St. Holmes, the original vocalist & rhythm guitarist for the Ted Nugent Band from the 70s, plus Greg Smith (ex-Rainbow) on bass and Dokken s Mick Brown on drums, Nugent is in classic "Uncle Ted" form on this new live release. This man has a rock n roll soul like no other. Nugent is pure Detroit Rock N Roll dynamite, infused with a bit of Motown & blues. His guitar playing is superb and mind blowing. The man is a mad talent, no doubt and Ultralive Ballisticrock proves this beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Ted Nugent - Instructional DVD For Guitar
9.0

Uncle Ted attempts to show you how he plays all of guitar licks in this instructional video from Hal Leonard (Part of the Star Licks Series of instructional Videos/DVDs). Ted Nugent runs through his classic rock guitar licks from the start "Journey To The Centre Of The Mind to classics such as "Cat Scratch Fever" and "Stranglehold" to more recent songs like "Don't Tread On Me". The DVD also comes with an instructional TAB booklet. While I'm not sure if you'll actually learn anything from this video, the entire DVD is a hoot to watch with Ted talking non-stop like he does, riffing away and somewhere along saying "How do I do it? I don't know". But one things for sure and this message came across - The songs aren't that complicated but you gotta have the F#$%en attitude!
