George Ezra

The third day of the platinum jubilee celebrations continues with a spectacular evening of entertainment. The concert at Buckingham Palace features a glittering array of global stars and performers from the worlds of music and dance to celebrate 70 years of HM the Queen’s reign. As darkness falls, stunning projections illuminate the palace during the performances.

Filmed across the Festival’s Worthy Farm site at landmarks including the Pyramid Field and the Stone Circle, the event will see a range of artists giving their time to perform in support of the Festival, including Coldplay, Damon Albarn, HAIM, IDLES, Jorja Smith, Kano, Michael Kiwanuka, Wolf Alice, plus DJ Honey Dijon, who will all perform as part of an uninterrupted film production. There will also be a number of unannounced surprise performances.

As one of the few artists with a debut #1 album, selling over 3 million copies, George Ezra is one of the most exciting singer/songwriters around today. Once In A Lifetime Sessions with George Ezra sees him reflect on his journey from performing at local open mic nights to playing the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury; why he set up his own podcast, featuring famous musical guests including Ed Sheeran and Elton John, and how Swedish duo First Aid Kit ended up contributing vocals to Saviour. In this session, filmed at The Clapham Grand in London, George performs a live, energetic set of his best known songs including Cassy O, Get Away, Barcelona, Listen to the Man, Don’t Matter Now, All My Love and Blame it on Me.

After years of touring have taken George Ezra to the furthest corners of the world, End to End is a musical journey closer to home. Joined by his best friends Adam and Christy, the musician embarks on a 1200 mile walk across the UK from Land’s End, the most southerly point of England, to John O’Groats, the northern tip of Scotland.
