On the 25th of November 1988, four youths abducted and held Furuta Junko in the house of one of the captors. Subjected to rape, torture, and humiliation, Junko had no hope of escape as the manhunt was stalled by the captors forcing her to tell her parents that she was ok. For 41 harrowing days, Junko had to endure unimaginable suffering at the hands of these four individuals. Finally, after losing in a game of mahjong solitaire, they beat her with an iron dumbbell and set on fire with lighter fluid. She died later that day from shock. In an attempt to hide their crime they buried her in cement and thus the name 'Concrete Encased High School Murder Case' was born as Japan had to confront the horrors of this crime. School Days

Haruo Aizawa, who made his debut in the entertainment industry at the tender age of zero and took the world by storm as a child prodigy, gets caught up in his parents' divorce and retires at the age of eight, much to the regret of the public, saying, "I want to go back to being a normal kid!" However, Haruo, now a high school student, finds that there's nothing good about being a normal kid, so he decides to make a comeback and auditions for the super-popular drama "Outcast! School Days," and passes with flying colors! He develops a strong admiration for the passionate teacher, Mr. Konoike, in the drama and is gradually influenced by him. However, he becomes so engrossed in his role in the drama that he loses his balance with reality, and eventually Mr. Konoike starts to appear in his real life... This is an unconventional new coming-of-age school movie that uses a TV school drama as its motif and cynically depicts the boundary between the world of reality and fiction!

Guitarist Ko-chan is a mess of sexual repression after a childhood at the mercy of two elder sisters eager to use him as a guinea pig for their make-up skills. Bassist Gaku-chan keeps a bucket in the wings for whenever his nerves get the better of him, and drummer Momo-chan is doomed to forever carrying the botched childhood attempts at self-tattooing. It's not until this foursome is forced to look for an additional guitar player after Jin's dad burns his Stratocaster, that attitude and musical ability enter into the equation. Leather-clad, shade-wearing Tani (Tamaki), inseparable from his black Les Paul, is introduced as the king of R'n'R cool and Jinnai keeps him firmly seated on his throne throughout the film, retroactively proclaiming the guitarist, rather than himself, as the band's true hero.
