A young Austrian girl is kidnapped and held in captivity for eight years. Based on the real-life case of Natascha Kampusch.

In this stylish and ruthless satire, a famous performance artist faces an unexpected crisis when real-world political matters complicate her latest impeccably provocative and eminently bankable piece.

Charleen is 15, melodramatic, mega depressed, and Kurt Cobain’s biggest fan. Her best friend Isa is getting really boring, her dad is out of the picture, and her mom has hooked up with her biology teacher. Even though she has an apprenticeship preparing bodies for funerals, which is pretty cool, her musical idols are all dead. It’s about time Charleen was, too.

The young actress Käthe is not 18 when she conquered Berlin's theater stages. Privately she finds her luck alongside the famous artist Max Kruse, but the wild marriage is considered scandalous and has a negative effect on the sale of his art. Thus, Käthe moves without him into an artists' colony on Monte Verità on Lake Maggiore. Out of necessity, she creates a doll that has never been seen before: with a natural expression and vivid facial expressions. What follows is a blitz career. But the phenomenal success of their handmade dolls causes unpleasant imitations - their company is about to go out.

For a long time advertising specialist Timo Wittmann was the best in his profession. But he does not want to believe that his star has long since sunk in the fast-paced business. When his boss hires the talented Susanne Andersen as new Art Director, Timo takes an angry hat. He will not clear the field without a fight. To show everyone that nothing works without him, he disguises himself as a 30-year-old recruitment copywriter and finds himself undetected in Susanne's team. It turns out that the new masters not only their job. It also fuels his libido. Should Timo finish her or listen to his feelings?
