There's nothing childhood friends Martin, Šime, Nikša and Jure love more than meeting up for a game of tresette once every afternoon. However, after Nikša suddenly passes away, the three friends, trying to mask their grief from one another, decide to seek out a fourth player for the game.

Ante is a village fella who arrives in Zagreb to study at the faculty of forestry.

Two young men from a village in the Dalmatian Hinterland come to Split in search of a good time, but, the whole city seems to be in shambles, with the residents progressively growing more and more insane.

After years of working abroad, Mirjana returns to her small conservative village in the Dalmatian Hinterland, with her parents welcoming her with open arms. However, their demeanor quickly changes once she confesses to being pregnant and not knowing who the father is. Fearing the societal stigma this might impose on both her and them, they decide to find Mirjana a local husband, however, no choice seems to suit both parties.

When Dea, the youngest member of a conservative family from a small village on the outskirts of Split, recieves the news of her pregnancy, she's sent out into the night and is forced to seek shelter, finally deciding on a nearby island populated with quirky locals with bizzare attributes and tendencies. The unofficial head of this island community is Šime, a mailman who masks his habit of reading the mail sent out to a by the locals, with a supposed gift of clairvoyance. After she accidentally stumbles across his database, Dea decides to use the mailman for her own advantage, and their growing feelings for each other make the situation that much easier.

The film focuses on Andreja, a young woman who lives with her parents in an atmosphere where each member of the family lives in their own world, burdened by their problems, without real communication or closeness. The film explores themes of misunderstanding and distance within the family.

Split, Christmas morning in 1900. Judge wants to go to the market , but it is disabled by a cunning lawyer and cases that must be urgently addressed. Šjora File is accused of killing her husband, a lawyer calls for acquittal . The following hearing , lining up the " Scenes from a Marriage Dalmatian style " when a judge fails get past šjor File and when he thought he would soon be able to go to the market , it comes Martin , Vlaj where they stole a rooster . In an unusual hearing the judge lost his temper and himself become one of the participants in the case.
