Hashar is the story of today’s young generation who without true feelings of love, get together and later due to misunderstandings their life becomes tumultuous.Set in university campus it highlights the fact that when supported by politicians for their own benefits, student politics can take an ugly turn and create havoc in the personal life of students.The story is all about love, passion, hatred and romance and above all this fiction is more than reality.

Chandigarh-based wealthy businessman and widower, Vichitra Singh, is disappointed with his son, Avtar, for not producing a son as a heir to his estate. His disappointment not only increases but also turns to rage when his second son, Jehli, falls in love with, Beebo, their chauffeur's daughter, and he asks him to leave after a bitter-near-physical confrontation. Now his third son, Deep, has returned from Britain, and he hopes to get him married to wealthy Ranjit Singh Garewal's daughter. When Deep confides that he has decided to wed even more wealthy Pinky, the sister of K.B. Singh, Vichitra's joy knows no bounds, and he starts to make preparations for their wedding. Vichitra joy will turn to rage when he finds out that K.B. Singh is nothing but a junkyard (Kabadiya) owner, while Ranjit schemes with his goons to break up this troubled family

Hawayein is a film which emerges from the consequences of the BlueStar Operation and is based on the aftermath of India’s Prime Minister, Mrs. Indira Gandhi’s assassination in 1984 – the 1984 Sikh genocide in Delhi and other places in India, and the subsequent victimization of the people of Punjab in the years that followed. This film depicts real-life events and most of the situations shown are authentically seen through the eyes of the central protagonist "Sarabjeet". It is the story of his journey from innocence to disillusionment, from being a simple, music-loving student to becoming one of the most wanted terrorists in the country. This film is an honest exploration of the reasons which led to the angst of the youth of Punjab and the turmoils suffered by their families.

They have shown the yesteryear in a rural village of Punjab, today's story in modern Punjab and Chandigarh and another story setup in Canada.
