It鈥檚 Friday night in Asunci贸n and the temperature is 40潞C. V铆ctor, a 17-year-old wheelbarrow-boy, dreams of becoming famous and covets a cell phone in Mercado 4. He is offered the chance to deliver seven boxes with unknown contents in exchange for $100. This sounds like an easy job but it soon gets complicated. Something in the boxes is highly coveted. V铆ctor and his persecutors find themselves caught up in a crime they know nothing about.

She longs to be a singer, but is forced to work as a maid in a conservative environment after her family escapes. Although, she puts herself at the service of the revolution and frees various political prisoners, including Ra煤l with whom she will have an affair. However, she must flee the country after becoming pregnant and her lover having abandoned her.
Paraguay 1978, during Stroessner鈥檚 dictatorship, Pastor and Dionisio work burying bodies illicitly. In Argentina, the World Cup is being held. One morning, among the bodies, they find Mario, who is still alive. They know they must kill him but the problem is: in spite of what they are doing, they have never killed anyone before. A storm indicates that the winter is coming while the destiny of the three men is determined during the World Cup final. Both Pastor and Dionisio are the last link of a chain in the terrible system that has as a result in all the missing people.
